WE ARE HOBBIEST IN TRADITIONAL HOTRODS & 50'S CUSTOM CARS
A BRIEF HISTORY:Carol & I founded "Butch's Rod Shop" in 1975 and built it into one of the largest HotRod and Custom Car parts stores in the nation. We were the first to introduce a complete line of chassis and suspension parts for 28/48 Mopar, most GM & Fat Ford Rods, along with a super selection of similar products, plus accessories for the true 50's Customs. Due to an ongoing health problem, (just one of those old "bad back" things), we were forced to sell the business in March of 1999.
Since then, with the old back acting up even more, (every guy I know seems to get this at my age), we have been selling down my personal collection of neat old 30's, 40's & 50's parts, (and sometimes a car or two), to help pay the insurance & taxes. We've got an RV that we travel in to most of the car shows. We usually take a HotRod or Custom, so we'll have something neat to ride around in once we get there!
